All orders are shipped within 2 working days. We cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect, please ensure this is entered correctly at the checkout.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your parcel. If you provide a mobile number whilst checking out or setting up an account with us, you will also receive a text message from our chosen courier with delivery details.
Delivery Times
We use My Hermes for our delivery service which usually takes up to 5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you can track your order: https://www.myhermes.co.uk
Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are based on the total weight of products which you are purchasing, in relation to My Hermes weight based delivery rates. Delivery charges will be calculated once you reach the checkout. Please find a breakdown below:
Under 1kg £2.85
1 to 2kg £4.05
2 to 10kg £6.49
10 to 15kg £8.98
UK Mainland
Currently we only deliver to Mainland UK. This excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Island. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact hello@country-interiors.com.
Shipping Overseas
We do not yet offer Overseas shipping. If you do place an order and you are not based in UK Mainland, we will contact you and issue a refund.
Returns
We do hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you would like to return your item(s), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return your order. The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in re-saleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the goods you have received are faulty or damaged. Please ensure that you use a trusted shipping service and keep a receipt of your returned item(s) as we will not be able to issue a refund if your return is lost in transit, however by keeping the receipt you may be eligible to claim compensation with your chosen shipping service.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your refund for the returned goods. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show in your account.
We take the upmost care in packaging your orders to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, however if you do receive a damaged item, we politely ask that you take a photo and send it to us via email so that we can inform our courier service.
